Melody Kay Hill is a New York City-based interior designer. She studied interior architecture at DIS in Copenhagen, Denmark and received an interior design degree from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. Specializing in retail, she has worked as a store designer and project manager for Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, Armani Jeans, Kate Spade Saturday, Kate Spade New York and Jack Spade. Translating a brand's identity and aesthetic into a built environment is what she enjoys most about her work, accomplishing this through concept proposals, fixture designs, signage layouts, spatial programming, material applications and product display strategies.
